- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, including:
- Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)
- Azure Virtual Network (VNet)
- Azure Storage
- Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
- Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Strong experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server administration.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancing, and routing.
- Experience implementing backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) solutions.
- Knowledge of server security best practices, including patch management, system hardening, antivirus, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, or Grafana.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments, and cloud migration strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
