About the Company
We are an international FinTech / microfinance company operating in the South African market.
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain and support our office IT infrastructure and telephony systems.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
Install and troubleshoot hardware drivers.
Diagnose system issues and perform system recovery when necessary.
Configure and maintain IP telephony systems.
Provide technical support for office IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator.
Strong skills in Windows installation, configuration, driver management, and system recovery.
Hands-on experience configuring IP telephony systems.
Basic understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.
