Summary
Level 1 System Administrator in Melbourne providing end-user and client IT support: Windows troubleshooting, basic AD/O365/Teams administration, license and printer management, antivirus updates, basic LAN/WAN and VOIP support, including participation in a 24/7 shift roster.

As a System Administrator, you will be involved in:
Providing end-user support
MS Windows troubleshooting
Basic administration and management of AD, O365 & Teams
Office 365 license management
Imaging laptops & printer management
Managing anti-virus and security updates
Basic LAN and WAN support of networking software/hardware
Basic VOIP & Telephony administration
