System Administrator — Limassol, Cyprus

We're the Cyprus/Limassol-based team of an Israeli company behind the world's leading SAP Business One integration platform — 25+ years in the industry, 250+ applications delivered, and the benchmark for ERP software management solutions. We're growing our global support team and looking for a dedicated, technically skilled System Administrator to join us.

What you'll do:

• Own installations and upgrades for new and existing customers, end to end, from kickoff to sign-off

• Support and operate cloud environments and VMware virtual servers

• Install and configure applications to spec

• Support customers remotely — by phone and remote session — across Microsoft servers and workstations

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Help keep our own team's IT running smoothly

What we expect:

• 3+ years in a technical IT support role

• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a structured, organized way of working

• Solid grounding in systems and networks

• Fluent English, spoken and written — you can explain a technical problem in plain language

• Calm under pressure, comfortable juggling several things at once

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Hands-on VMware or cloud experience — a plus

• CCNA or MCSA — a plus
