System Administrator
Summary
Maintains and secures on-prem and cloud infrastructure, configures MikroTik routers, sets up VPNs and proxies, and supports Windows/macOS users in a small team.
Position: System Administrator
📍 Location: Kiev
🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Mikrotik network equipment
- Administer RDP connections on Windows Server
- Set up and maintain VPN (WireGuard), proxy servers, and tunnels
- Work with cloud platforms such as Nextcloud
- Provide technical support for Windows and macOS users
- Handle data and reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity practices
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a system administrator
- Strong knowledge of Mikrotik configuration
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, RDP
- Proven experience with VPNs (WireGuard), proxy, tunneling
- Confident use of Excel and experience with Nextcloud
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Skilled in working with Windows and macOS
