The Role

We’re looking for a capable and thoughtful System Administrator (SysAdmin / SysOps) to take ownership of our internal systems and software environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving workflows, and making technology work smoothly for the people using it.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimising our SaaS stack, supporting internal teams, and driving improvements through automation, integrations, and clear documentation. This role blends hands-on systems administration with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement front of mind.

You’ll report directly to the Engineering Lead and work closely with teams across the business. The role will require you to work from our Cremorne office minimum 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing responsive Tier 1/2 internal support and troubleshooting system issues.

  • Owning day-to-day administration of internal systems and SaaS tools.

  • Managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning, permissions, and audits.

  • Supporting and training staff across the organisation to use tools confidently and effectively.

  • Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Creating clear documentation for systems, processes, and tool ownership.

  • Gathering requirements from teams and translating them into practical technical solutions.

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations and data flows.

  • Defining and improving workflows to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.

  • Working closely with the software development team to deliver improvements, operational projects and reporting.

  • Experience managing access, workflows, reporting, and configuration across multiple SaaS tools.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.

  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment, while collaborating closely with engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
