Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with internal systems and documentation.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English, Czech A2,Russian.
Responsibilities:
• L1/L2 user support (tickets, hardware/software issues)
• Workstation setup and maintenance (Windows/macOS)
• User and access management (AD/LDAP, O365)
• VPN, printers, basic network troubleshooting
• Documentation of IT procedures and knowledge sharing
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies
