At IT By Design, you’ll work across diverse customer environments, from growing businesses to multinational enterprises, managing and troubleshooting Windows infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud technologies. This is an opportunity to take ownership of technical issues, go beyond routine troubleshooting, and contribute to solutions that improve infrastructure reliability and performance.
If you enjoy technical problem-solving, automation, and continuously expanding your expertise, we’d like to meet you.

Prioritize incidents based on business impact while meeting customer SLAs and keeping stakeholders informed.

Monitor infrastructure health using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and respond proactively to alerts.
Use PowerShell to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with senior engineers to implement lasting solutions.
Deliver a Great Customer Experience
Provide clear, timely technical updates and incident reports to US-based customers.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established incident and problem management processes.
Participate in a scheduled after-hours on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure needs.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar technical role, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment.

At least one relevant industry certification from Microsoft, VMware, Dell, HPE, NetApp, or CompTIA Network+.
