System Analyst/ AI Engineer

Salary: HKD 38000 - 48000 per month

Summery:
To facilitate the adoption of AI into their daily business operations, this public organization is seeking for an AI Engineer with demonstrated AI experience to help developing and integrating and AI solutions with their applications, with an aim to improve productivity on IT and business operations. For instance: data transformation (turning unstructured to structured data), automation of business process, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of AI tools: Develop AI tools by utilizing trending AI modes.
• Process & Solution Design: Analyze business workflows to define business use cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specs for tools development.
• Implementation & Project Execution: Collaborate with internal IT and business teams through the end-to-end solution design, testing (UAT), deployment, and rollout.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields, alongside 5+ years of experience in IT.
• AI Track Records: Demonstrated experience developing practical AI tools for business use cases.
• Core Technical Competencies: Strong mastery of requirement management, workflow design, solution documentation, data analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communication & Mindset: Outstanding stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated with a strong passion for transforming business challenges into innovative tech solutions.
