System Analyst (AI, Public Sector)

Salary: $70,000 – $78,000 per month

Our client is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. They are looking for individual talents to join their innovative development team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute eHealth Data Analytic Platform AI development.

• Conduct feasibility studies and product evaluations on new AI technologies.

• Conduct web development and cloud platforms setup for Data Analytic Platform.

• Project and vendor management.

• Liaise with users for project implementation.

• Provide after office hours support if required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 6 years’ experience in web portal development.

• At least 4 years’ experience in database schema and tables design.

• At least 2 years’ experience in AI development and implementation.

• Experience in: Using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React / Integrate and maintain workflow engines for business process automation /UNIX, Linux, and PowerShell script / RDBMS PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL / Cloud platform setup and support / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

• Experience in use of data analytics and visualization tools.

• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule.

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
