Our client is a renowned Telecommunication Corporation in Hong Kong. They are looking for a System Analyst / Analyst Programmer to join their fast and growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain application systems by performing user requirements collection; system analysis & design; system development, testing and implementation
- Conduct detailed system analysis, problem diagnosis, purpose, develop and implement IT solutions
- Prepare requirement specifications of IT solutions
- Maintain system documentation and IT solutions report
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Proficient in Java J2EE (Open JDK) and MS SQL Server
- Experience in Local LEA Intelligence System is highly regarded
- Experience in EGIS/GCIS PaaS, DBaaS, CaaS or Shared Services
- Experience in Government Projects is an advantage
