System Analyst

Salary: $48,000 – $50,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for a client-facing System Analyst to lead the technical analysis, specification review, and client alignment for a dedicated system implementation project. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional verbal and written articulation, demonstrating the ability to manage demanding end-user requirements, align project scope, and set realistic stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key technical and solution interface between the development team and the client/end-user.

• Manage client expectations and requirements: lead client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions; address challenging user feedback and align project scope effectively.

• Review UI/UX mock-ups and system workflows, provide actionable and precise amendment instructions to the engineering team, and verify all revisions against functional specifications.

• Oversee system integration workflows, data mapping, and interface requirements to ensure seamless interoperability.

• Troubleshoot system-level issues, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure project deliverables meet user acceptance testing (UAT) standards within a tight project delivery window.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to System Analysis, business requirement gathering, or Technical Project Delivery.

• Excellent presentation in speech and writing: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to present ideas clearly, engage stakeholders persuasively, and produce high-quality functional specifications and documentation.

• Strong client-management and interpersonal capabilities: proven track record in liaising with demanding stakeholders, defusing conflicting priorities, and steering scope alignment.

• Hands-on ability to review system prototypes/mock-ups, formulate clear specification amendments, and validate software fixes.

• Solid analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to pinpoint root causes quickly within strict project milestones.

• Immediate availability or availability on short notice will be a strong advantage.
