System Analyst(BA)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users, Business Analysts, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and solution design to implementation and post-production support.

• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, recommending alternative solutions based on industry best practices to meet business objectives and improve outcomes.

• Review solution designs, effort estimates, project priorities, and change requests to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.

• Develop and review Functional Specifications based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring requirements are accurately mapped in the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

• Develop and review Technical Design Specifications to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and technical standards.

• Review System Integration Testing (SIT) plans, test designs, and test cases to ensure adequate test coverage and quality.

• Ensure all application documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established delivery methodologies.

• Validate vendor code releases to ensure compliance with functional requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-implementation activities.

• Monitor applications following production cutover, promptly addressing issues and incidents to maintain system stability and minimize business disruption.

• Provide ongoing Level 3 (L3) production support, including application troubleshooting, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement technical solutions for production issues.

• Ensure timely incident response, effective problem resolution, and continuous application stability and performance.

• Contribute to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions, applications, and technologies.
