System Analyst

Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿45,000 per month

Position : System Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications, from architecture down to database schema and software components/classes.

• Analyze business processes, identify problems, and create business process/system designs to improve the efficiency of business operations.​

• Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

• Design features/APIs/Solutions, as well as integration, flow for the platform.

• Design Mock screen/UX/UI to confirmed with users before developing.

• Discuss pros and cons the design solution with related teams.

• Strong problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams.

• Prioritize the requirements to assure that the most critical issues are addressed.

• Provide the feasibility solution and possible outcomes by cooperating with Solution Team.

• Identify project scope and estimate timeline.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.​

• Coordinate with developers, product owner, Solution Teams and related teams.

• Testing systems with teams.

• Prepare all project documents. (SRS , DDS , Proposal , UML , ER Diagram , Data Dictionary , API Document , Test case , Test Result , User Manual , and Others Document in Project.)

• Carry out professional and competent code reviews of code written by developers.

• Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.​

• Experience in using team task management tools (e.g., Jira) is required.

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).

• Experience in using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and accelerate project delivery will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, Information System, any IT related fields.

• At least 2-5 years experienced in software development, web application, backend and API.

• Experienced of working within both Agile and Waterfall framework.

• Experienced in system analyst and design with documentation of SRS , DDS , Proposal , UML , ER Diagram, Data Dictionary , API Document , Test case , Test Result , User Manual , and Others Document in Project.

• Experienced in UX/UI, Wireframe design.

• Knowledge in Python , Odoo Framework , Flutter , C# MVC, .Net Framework, Go Lang , IOT , Restful API, Crystal Report.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and well understanding SDLC process and Agile process.

• Positive and analytical thinking, good mindset with can do attitude, teamwork, Initiative, and good communication skills.

• Having experience in ERP Project would be advantage.
