System Analyst/ Business Analyst/เจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์ระบบสารสนเทศ

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to recommend and implement digital solutions (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms, dashboards, etc.)

• Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and propose innovative use of technologies

  Lead or support Proof of Concepts (PoC) and pilot projects for new tools or platforms

• Map and document business processes using industry standards (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)

  Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first thinking

คุณสมบัติ

• จบการศึกษาระดับปรัญญาตรี ใน IT หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Business Analyst หรือ System Analyst อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

• สามารถเดินทางด้วย BTS ช่องนนทรี และ MRT คลองเตย
