System Analyst (CorpID, Tsuen Wan, over $60K)
Salary: $63,000 – $65,000 per month
Job Duties:
To engage public bodies and private organisations to drive the adoption of CorpID for their e-services and their registration of CorpID
To review and prepare relevant procedures and guidelines in data privacy, security and best practices to ensure the compliance of the CorpID system components and processes;
To handle general and technical enquiries related to CorpID;
To compile presentation materials for meetings, training sessions and events;
To support joint promotional events of CorpID; and
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
Have at least 1-year of hands-on experience in supporting IT system rollouts, facilitating user onboarding, or coordinating testing and production environments;
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently handle and troubleshoot both general and technical enquiries;
Have solid experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or public relations
