System Analyst (Electronics MFG/ East Area)

Summary
Maintain and support ERP systems for an electronics manufacturer, handling configuration, user access, and software implementations.
- Responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and support of ERP systems and business applications.
- Manage daily ERP and application operations, including user access, role assignments, system configuration, and data migration.
- Lead or support end-to-end software implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational reports.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Prefer 3 years’ experience in system administration, ERP support, or application management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, including Accounting (GL, AP/AR),Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience in project management and software implementation is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities; resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
