System Analyst
Summary
System Analyst supporting enhancement and maintenance of internal systems—gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing/developing applications, and providing post-implementation support using Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET, MVC) and SQL.
Job Focus:
Our client is seeking a System Analyst to support the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems. Reporting to the Head of IT, the role will work closely with business users and stakeholders to develop and enhance systems that support evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements and applications.
- Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand system needs.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, including requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Design and implement changes to existing systems, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to best practices.
- Provide support for in-house applications, including post-implementation support and user guidance during system transitions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with Microsoft.NET (C#, VB.NET, MVC) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good project management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and meet deadlines.
