System Analyst

Expert AI Enabling Limited (EAI) is a Hong Kong-based AI company focused on developing cutting-edge solutions in machine learning, computer vision, speech recognition, and natural language processing. Our R&D efforts span advanced language models, intelligent agents, multimodal fusion, and Cantonese speech technologies.

We specialize in developing and delivering innovative AI products and solutions that facilitate AI adoption for corporate and institutional clients across various industries. Generative AI (GenAI) plays a crucial role in automating business processes for these customers.

As a part of the team, you will be looking into implementing these solutions through the latest technologies and most advanced findings. Under the guidance of industry professionals, you will work with others to build AI applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business & user requirements, and design effective system solutions.

• Collaborate with AI scientists and Software Engineers to deliver project outcomes.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Prepare system documentation, including system analysis and design specifications, SIT & UAT plans, and technical documents etc.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and stability.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT application development, including requirements analysis, system design, and implementation.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear system designs and technical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with users, developers, and vendors.

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Independent, adaptable, customer-oriented, and an effective team player.

• Government project experience is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and responsive web application development.

• Proficient in Linux/Ubuntu; knowledge of Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud and on-premises solution design.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and agentic AI workflows for planning, coding, testing, and debugging would be an advantage.

• Experience using AI-powered coding tools to improve development efficiency.

• Experience using AI-writing tools for producing clear and structured documentation.
