System Analyst for SAP IS-U Operations
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Team Member (SAP IS-U Operations) who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of SAP IS-U under Customer Service modules, ensuring system availability, resolving production issues, and coordinating with business users, vendors, and technical teams to maintain stable system operations.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP IS-U modules.
Monitor system performance and ensure business processes operate smoothly.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
Perform root cause analysis for system issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve system defects and enhancement requests.
Support system enhancements, change requests (CR), and production deployments.
Perform impact analysis for system changes and verify implementation outcomes.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification when required.
Ensure compliance with operational policies, security requirements, and governance standards.
About you
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
1–8 years of experience in SAP IS-U support or SAP application support.
Knowledge of SAP IS-U modules and utility business processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
