Pay\: HK$64,518 - HK$88,971 (HMPS Point 1-8) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:

We are seeking for a skilled System Analyst to join our innovation and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for innovation and the ability to deliver high quality IT services.

1. IT Service Delivery\: Oversee the delivery of IT services, focusing on system analysis and process optimization.

2. Project Development\: Lead the project team in the design, development and implementation of IT projects, ensure alignment with organizational goals.

3. Process Improvement\: Lead the process transformation initiatives and service improvement programs to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness

4. Supervision\: Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and service standards.

5. Quality Assurance\: Conduct quality assurance reviews in accordance with established guidelines to ensure system reliability and performance.

6. Stay Informed\: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in system analysis and development.

Entry Requirements\:

1. Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

2. 6 years’ post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience.*

*Relevant experience gained in HA may be considered as equivalent to post-qualification experience.

Preferred Attributes/Exposure\:

1. Experience designing and integrating AI solutions and applying AI-driven automations across system development life cycle

2. Understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT solutions with business objectives

3. Familiarity with various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall for project management and system development

4. Ability to analyze complex systems and requirements effectively, with experience in documenting process flows and system interactions clearly and comprehensively

5. Proficiency in technologies such as ReactJS, Docker, OpenShift, JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Redis, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, C# .NET, JAVA Spring Boot, Python, RESTful

6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with openness to feedback and innovative ideas

7. Capable of working independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
