System Analyst, Healthcare Information Technology Senior Executive (2 Year)
Salary: $4,200 – $4,800 per month
What you'll be doing
Gather requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders and document system needs for enhancements and new implementations
Support healthcare systems with a focus on user access, system administration and governance
Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning in line with security and AIAM requirements
Conduct regular access reviews and support system audits and compliance activities
Monitor system performance and provide first-line support, coordinating with IT teams for troubleshooting and escalation
Generate reports and extract data using Epic tools such as Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer
Support data validation and reporting for disease registries, population health and other healthcare analytics initiatives
Support system implementations, rollouts, UAT and system enhancements
Coordinate user training, system maintenance and communication of system updates
Track user requests, issues and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
Work closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders on digital health and system improvement projects
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Healthcare Informatics/ Business Analytics or related studies
2 – 3 years of wokring experience in healthcare IT/ healthcare systems/ business analysis/ system implementation/ digital health or a related area
Experience with healthcare information systems will be advantageous
Experience with Epic, particularly Reporting Workbench or SlicerDicer, will be an advantage
Knowledge of user access management, access governance, IT security or audit processes will be advantageous
Familiarity with data reporting, validation or analytics tools will be advantageous
Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both clinical and technical teams
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
