System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage and implement project details, including schedule planning, clarifying user requirements, and preparing functional and technical specifications.

• System and Software Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, PHP, and React; integrate powerful web applications with analytics, data, and digital marketing systems.

• API and Data Integration: Design and implement scalable backend APIs and data flows across various services while integrating platforms such as Facebook Graph API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and data teams to ensure tracking, tagging, and consent setups meet compliance and performance goals.

• System Analysis: Analyze and specify application systems requirements and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with application vendors to ensure timely delivery that meets the agreed scope and schedule.

• Documentation Oversight: Ensure all project documentation is completed on time, maintained up-to-date, and of high quality.

• Methodology Development: Assist in establishing efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols, and standards of practice.

• Testing Coordination: Design systems tests to ensure all components interact and operate effectively; provide technical support during user acceptance testing.

• Production Support: Coordinate with data center operators for production launches and assume responsibility for production support in a maintenance environment.

• Issue Management: Handle routine technical issues, monitor project progress, and escalate issues to supervisors with recommended solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure software vendors meet quality standards for their services and products.

• User Support & Training: Provide user support, training, and facilitate cross-team knowledge transfer where appropriate.

• Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in system architecture, project management, and full stack development.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in system development using Node.js, PHP, and React.

  • Strong SQL and scripting skills, especially with MySQL and SQL Server.

  • Proven experience in cloud service platforms (including AWS, GCP, or AliCloud).

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Graph API and Google Analytics tracking implementation.

  • Familiarity with Tag Management Systems (GTM) and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Passion for learning and adopting new technologies; strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects.
