System Analyst
Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in solution design and systems analysis. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, assess existing systems, and design technical solutions that align with business objectives and improve system performance.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop solution designs based on business needs and system capabilities.
Assess existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other IT professionals.
Prepare system documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and technical requirements.
Evaluate system integrations, dependencies, and potential technical risks.
Support system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements, security standards, and technical specifications.
About you
At least 4–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related IT role.
Proven experience in solution design and systems analysis.
Strong knowledge of business requirements gathering and technical documentation.
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Familiarity with system architecture, application integration, and business process analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements.
Experience in system testing and implementation is an advantage.
