System Analyst (J2EE, Java, multiple vacancies)
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Perform problem diagnosis and program fixing for various social security schemes
Perform physical design and specify program components for the system enhancements
Prepare and conduct program testing and system testing
Provide support to user acceptance testing
Produce project documents
Devise operating procedures
Supervise Analyst Programmers to perform program development and system testing
Perform on call support duties
About you
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects
At least 5 years working experience in application development
Experience in system development and implementation, preferably IT project of large-scale system implementation
Hands-on experience in J2EE, Java Application Framework and JavaScript programming language
Experience in application systems using Web Services
Experience in Structured Query Language
Work experience with/in the government is required
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
