System Analyst (Java and Python, Public Sector)

Salary: $70,000 – $78,000 per month

Our client is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. They are looking for individual talents to join their innovative development team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve business-related problems by using data-driven techniques.

• Lead in collecting user requirement, preparing FRS, application development, conduct various stages of testing e.g. system test, user acceptance test.

• Design and develop system integration pipeline with clinical systems.

• Perform code review, ensure code and application quality
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 6 years or above in application development in Java and Python.

• Proficiency in traditional RDBMS design, development, management and performance tuning.

• Solid experience in WebLogic/Tomcat, Spring Boot, OpenShift.

• Knowledge in React, Docker container, Airflow, predictive AI and deep learning.

• Self-motivated, good communication, documentation and presentation skills.

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
