System Analyst (Java, Springboot, python, Vue, NGINX)

Candidate will be assigned to work under government departments:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for two projects:1) To revamp the existing aged systems with latest technology for improving the system performance, providing better user interface and experience, and supporting more auto-approval features in operation to reduce staff manual efforts in processing; 2) To enhance the e-payment feature interfacing with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) e-Payment Service and Event Booking feature

• Assist in project planning and monitoring, including the management of outsourced vendors;

• Perform system analysis and design;

• Write code to implement the projects and test the systems;

• Produce documentation and conduct user training; and

• Provide on-going maintenance support of the systems.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 4 years of experience in application development with 1 year in similar role

• 5 years of experience in J2EE development, SQL, Web programming and Web services

• Mandatory technical skills for application support and development using:

i) Vue JavaScript Framework (36 months)

ii) Python Programming Language (36 months)

iii) Spring Boot Framework (36 months)

iv) NGINX Web Server (36 months)

• Experience in vendor management
