Designs and configures ServiceNow ITSM processes, customizes applications, and provides user support to improve IT service delivery.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
2. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
3. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide support during system implementations and upgrades.
4. Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and system configurations.
5. Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to
enhance service delivery.
6. Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
7. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation.
8. Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive
continuous improvement.
