System Analyst

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We now have an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst to join our team in Kesar Roadways Pty Ltd on a permanent, full-time basis. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, adaptable, and confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to turn needs into clear, deliverable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:-.

• Analyse user and business requirements and configure systems to meet organisational needs.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, security policies and group policies.

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, networks and system software.

• Install, test and implement hardware and software upgrades and system improvements.

• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, in-house servers and cloud-based systems.

• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues using remote and on-site support.

• Maintain regular data backup procedures and ensure data security and integrity.

• Document system configurations, maintenance activities, incidents and operational procedures.

• Prepare technical manuals and user documentation for system operations.

• Maintain IT hardware, network equipment and software inventory records.

• Perform routine network start-up, shutdown, maintenance and monitoring procedures.

• Provide emergency technical support and troubleshoot system and network failures.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

· At least 1 year of experience in a Systems Analyst similar role.

· Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· A structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and prioritisation.

· A positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.

· Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required (e.g., project cutovers, urgent changes, client needs).

Annual Salary: AUD $80,000.00 to AUD $ 90,000.00
