SYSTEM ANALYST

Position Objective

Translate approved Final Business Requirements into practical, scalable, and implementation-ready Solution Designs, while coordinating end-to-end solution delivery across ongoing projects through UAT, go-live, stabilization, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and clarify Final Business Requirements with Business Architecture.

• Perform Solution Analysis & Design, covering:

  • functional solution;

  • application and process flow;

  • data requirements;

  • integration requirements;

  • report/dashboard requirements;

  • acceptance criteria.

• Produce clear and structured Solution Design as the basis for technical development.

• Manage and monitor ongoing application development projects under Business Solutions.

• Coordinate Developer activities, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and required follow-up.

• Monitor project progress, issues, risks, blockers, and delivery readiness.

• Coordinate UAT, issue resolution, re-testing, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and operational handover.

• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with approved Business Requirements and Solution Designs.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with Business Architecture, Business Users, Process Owners, Developers, Application Support, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Escalate significant delivery risks, resource constraints, or unresolved dependencies when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven hands-on experience as System Analyst, Functional Analyst, Business System Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong hands-on capability in:

  • process and application flow design, including functional flow and application structure;

  • database and data structure analysis, including table design, table relationship, SQL query logic, and data processing using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle Database;

  • API and system integration design, including API and ETL based integration;

  • report/dashboard requirement design using Business Intelligence tools such as Metabase, Grafana, Tableau, as well as reporting tools such as Clear Report and Crystal Report;

  • UAT and implementation coordination.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into structured functional and system solutions.

• Strong project coordination and delivery management capability, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and monitor:

  • scope;

  • timeline;

  • priority;

  • dependency;

  • issue and risk;

  • progress status;

  • follow-up actions.

• Proven ability to coordinate Developers and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making capability.

• Able to communicate effectively and proactively with business and technical stakeholders at different levels.

• Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage; textile industry experience is a strong plus.

• Practical experience using modern AI-enabled tools or platforms to support solution exploration, prototyping, documentation, requirement validation, test preparation, or data/integration analysis is a strong plus.
