Why This Role Matters:

As a System Analyst, you play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions—ensuring systems are designed and delivered to support seamless operations across our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. Through a strong customer-focused and data-driven approach, you help build reliable, scalable applications that enhance user experience and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into system solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure system design aligns with technical implementation and architecture
• Support end-to-end system development lifecycle including integration, testing, deployment and post-implementation review
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting and continuous enhancements to improve performance and usability
• Contribute to API integration and web services (REST/JSON) to enable seamless digital connectivity
• Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to analyse system performance and support decision-making
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient enterprise applications
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Java, Python) and databases (e.g. Oracle)
• Solid experience in system design, requirement analysis and software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in API integration and web services (REST/JSON)
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and application development is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
