System Analyst (Middle - Senior Level)
About the role
This role involves analyzing business requirements, creating high-level and detailed designs, and developing functional specifications from architecture down to database schema and software components. You will coordinate with project managers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure system design alignment, capacity planning, and enterprise architecture compatibility. You will lead solution testing activities including unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, penetration testing, and source code scans, and support deployment processes and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, high-level design, detailed design, and create functional specifications from architecture down to database schema and software components
Coordinate with project manager regarding client and user requirements and requests to ensure the final product delivers the desired outcome
Coordinate with infrastructure team regarding capacity planning to ensure alignment and compatibility of system design for effective and efficient application development
Support vendor or development with solution architecture plan and design to ensure alignment with identified enterprise architecture and responsiveness to project objectives and technical requirements
Review test plan, test environment, and lead solution testing activities including unit test, integration test, performance test, penetration test, and source code scan
Support SIT, UAT, deployment process and documentation, define definition of done, acceptance criteria, debug, and log analysis
Assist business analyst team to conduct user acceptance test (UAT) to obtain confirmation that a system meets mutually agreed-upon requirements with business customers
Support and help resolve any technical issues
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System, or related fields
2+ years experience as System Analyst, Analysis Solution and Design Enterprise application
4+ years experience development in Java, GO or NodeJS/React, Oracle, MS-SQL Database, MySQL
Knowledge in conception of Object Oriented Design, UML Design, RESTful Services/APIs
Knowledge in AWS, Kubernetes, Kong, Kibana, Docker, ProgressDB, NO SQL, Web Service, Micro Service, Linux, JSON, XML, GitLab, CI/CD
Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, communication skill
Good attitude and able to work as part of a team
