We are looking for a Systems Analyst to bridge business and technical teams by analyzing manufacturing processes, translating business requirements into system solutions, and supporting MRP/ERP/MES applications.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to bridge business and technical teams by analyzing manufacturing processes, translating business requirements into system solutions, and supporting MRP/ERP/MES applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze As-Is and To-Be manufacturing processes and identify system improvements and automation opportunities.
- Translate MRP business rules and processes into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop process flows, use cases, UML diagrams, data flows, and system/interface specifications.
- Support application, database, API, and system integration troubleshooting.
- Prepare acceptance criteria, support testing and UAT, validate results, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, database, infrastructure, and manufacturing/MRP teams.
- Prepare and maintain BRD/FRD, functional specifications, change requests, and user documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role, preferably in MRP, ERP, MES, or manufacturing applications.
- Strong understanding of MRP concepts such as BOM, inventory, production planning, work orders, purchasing, lead times, shortages, and material transactions.
- Knowledge of OOP concepts and working knowledge of C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases, ERDs, and data models.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience with system analysis, requirements documentation, testing/UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/draw.io, Postman/Swagger, and Git is an advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
