Our client is a leading insurance company.

Job Duties

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

• Define solution architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation strategy with business stakeholders.
• Manage local, offshore, and vendor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Drive cloud-native, microservices, and DevOps practices to build scalable and high-performance applications.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, production support, and incident resolution.
• Ensure application stability, security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise technology standards.
• Continuously improve systems, development processes, and digital capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 10+ years of IT experience including digital delivery leadership.

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation, application development, and project delivery teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in cloud technologies, API integration, microservices, and container platforms (Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with modern full-stack technologies, including web and mobile application development/support.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance environments is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
