System Analyst – Mobile Banking Team

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst to lead the analysis and design of mobile banking solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile banking applications that meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.
Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Design system workflows, data models, and integration points for mobile banking platforms.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience.
Work with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
Prepare and review API specifications and interface contracts.
Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, AML).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, Software Development, or related roles are also encouraged to apply.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system analysis, and application development concepts.
Knowledge of mobile applications, web applications, APIs, or banking/financial systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with business users, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, as the role requires reviewing documentation, participating in meetings, and communicating with regional or international stakeholders.
Ability to prepare and present business or technical documents in English.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Figma, and Swagger.
Knowledge of mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
Knowledge of regulatory standards in banking (e.g., e-KYC, AML, PDPA).
Knowledge in Project management
