Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/system specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder presentations.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and post-implementation activities.
- Prepare process flows, use cases, documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of Credit Origination / Banking processes is highly desirable.
- Technical knowledge of Unix, SQL, databases and system integration.
- Exposure to job schedulers, PuTTY, batch/online integration and production support.
