Role Summary

The System Analyst is responsible for delivering technical solutions, application enhancements, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across corporate and manufacturing functions. The role works closely with business users, application owners, software vendors, and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, system connectivity, and business performance.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with enterprise applications and integrations, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Analysts to understand business users and stakeholders' requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Support digital transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives across business and manufacturing operations.
• Analyse, design, develop and enhance for enterprise applications and business systems.
• Support system integration, API development, workflow automation, and data exchange solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver technology projects that support business growth.
• Explore emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and innovative tools to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of experience in system analysis, enterprise applications, technical solution delivery, digital transformation, or system integration projects.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Kingdee, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in application enhancement, system integration, automation, or technical solution delivery.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, Web Services, SQL and integration of architecture and programming knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).
