System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and analyze existing IT systems, including Billing & Collection Platforms, Workflow Tools, and other business applications.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, users, and stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.

• Perform system testing, configuration, rollout, deployment, and user acceptance support.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure IT systems effectively support business operations and organizational goals.

• Prepare system documentation, reports, and user guides as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of IT programming, database management, and IT infrastructure.

• Familiarity with database platforms such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), or similar technologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements gathering skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in system administration, configuration, or business applications is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to be assigned in Taguig and eventually in Paco, Manila.
