System Analyst

Our client, a well-established organisation, is looking for a System Analyst to work closely with the IT Director on various IT initiatives, enterprise systems and business process improvements.
This role offers an opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while gradually taking ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the IT Director in implementing IT initiatives, and gradually take ownership of projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design documentation.
Maintain and support existing enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
Coordinate with IT vendors on new implementations, system enhancements and ongoing technical support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
At least three years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar IT systems role.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data querying and analysis.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with others and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems would be an advantage.
Experience working with international teams would be a plus.
