System Analyst (Ref 26543)
Summary
Designs and maintains IT systems for access management, including mobile credentials and web portals, while coordinating with stakeholders and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
• Support project planning, implementation, migration, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare technical reports, design documents, risk assessments, and project deliverables.
• Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to users and maintenance teams.
• Support development and integration of mobile credential solutions and digital access cards.
• Manage web-based administration portals and user management systems.
• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of mobile and web applications related to access management.
• Support API integrations between ACS and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application performance, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
• Participate in after-hours support activities when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in IT systems delivery projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
