Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
· Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
· Analyze and propose system solutions, including data models, process flows, and integration points, aligning with architectural standards and security policies.
· Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
· Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals, functional specifications, and training materials.
· Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design, to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
· Collaborate with project stakeholders such as project managers, developers, testers, and other IT professionals to ensure project success.
· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and quality standards.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and design.
· Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users on new or enhanced system functionalities.
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
· Proficiency in creating system documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and data models.
· Experience with various system analysis tools and techniques.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
· Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
· Experience with SQL and database concepts is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
