SYSTEM ANALYST – SAP

Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month

Our client is a global savory taste ingredient company with a heritage going back to the 1920s. Supplying meat, vegetable, umami and salt-reduction flavor solutions to food manufacturers around the world, Our Client is a recognized leader in authentic taste systems. As they continue to digitalize their business processes and reporting, Our Client is looking for an experienced system analyst with strong SAP, Salesforce and Power BI expertise to join their growing team.

SYSTEM ANALYST – SAP

THAILAND – FOOD INGREDIENTS UP to 60K

The System Analyst will work closely with business users and IT to analyze requirements, configure and support SAP, Salesforce and Power BI, and ensure these platforms work seamlessly together to support sales, supply chain, finance and management reporting. This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP, Salesforce and Power BI.

• Configure, enhance and support SAP modules in line with business processes.

• Administer and customize Salesforce, including workflows, reports, dashboards and user support.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for management and business users.

• Develop and monitor integrations and data flows between SAP, Salesforce and other systems.

• Test deliverables, manage quality control and support user acceptance testing.

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support, and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.

• 5+ years of working experience as a system or business analyst, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP (e.g. SD, MM, FI/CO) and Salesforce.

• Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and dashboard design.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with end users across departments.

• Good analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.

• Good English skills.
