System Analyst

General Description:

A System Analyst analyzes business needs and translates them into technical requirements for information systems. They work closely with stakeholders, users, and development teams to understand processes, identify system problems, and design effective solutions. System Analysts document requirements, create system specifications, and help ensure that the developed systems meet business goals and user needs.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of system analysis and design concept.

• Ability to gather and document business and technical requirement.

• Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration.

• Familiarity with modeling tools (UML, flowcharts, diagrams, etc).

• Analytical and problem-solving skill.

• Clear communication and documentation skill.

• Ability to work with developers and stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.

• Willing to travel around to the remote site.

• Willing to work in Remote locations for specific time periode (max 4 weeks).

• Working location in Balikpapan.
