System Analyst / Senior System Analyst (Banking)

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis & Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

• Application Development: Lead or participate in the end-to-end SDLC of banking applications, including coding, tuning, and testing.

• Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

• Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancement for banking applications.

• Mentorship (for Senior level): Guide junior developers and review code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years (for SA) / 6+ years (for Senior SA) of IT experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Prior experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or KYC (Know Your Customer) systems is highly preferred

• Proficient in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related backend technologies.

• Must have banking experience,knowledge of Core Banking, Payment systems (e.g., FPS, SWIFT), Wealth Management, or Regulatory Reporting is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills in English and Chinese.
