Job Description
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting of our products
- Learn new application features/add-ons and test related to the products
- Present and train on product features
- Gather requirements from customers
- Perform Fit & Gap analysis
- Design and develop customizations for the package
- Implement the package
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in System Analyst or equivalent fields.
- Interest in customer support
- Eagerness to learn new software product technologies
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java
- Knowledge of Databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- System development experience is an advantage
- Good Command of English
