System Analyst & UI/UX Designer

Salary: Rp 9.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree/S1 (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or related field)

• Minimum 1-2 years in IT Industry as System Analyst and UI/UX Designer

• Has hands-on experience in : Figma (UI Design, Prototyping, Design Systems), FigJam, UML, BPMN, User Flows, Wireframes, REST APIs, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Jira / Confluence (or equivalent)

Competency :

SYSTEM ANALYSIS

1. Business requirement gathering, BRD/FSD/SRS and functional specifications.

2. UML/BPMN, flowcharts, use cases, API specifications and system integration.

3. REST APIs, JSON, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), basic troubleshooting and understanding of web/mobile development.

4. Familiarity with IM-SOLUTION, ATM/CRM monitoring and banking operational workflows is an advantage.

UI/UX DESIGN

5. User research, stakeholder interviews, personas and user journey mapping.

6. Information architecture, task flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability testing.

7. High-fidelity responsive web/mobile UI design using Figma; auto layout, components and design systems.

8. Dashboard/data visualization UX, accessibility, responsive design, consistency and developer handoff.

9. Ability to translate approved requirements into testable UI/UX specifications and annotated designs.

Job Description:

SYSTEM ANALYSIS

1. Gather, analyze, validate and document requirements from bank clients and internal stakeholders.

2. Develop BRD/FSD/SRS, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows and integration specifications.

3. Define functional workflows and data/API requirements

4. Collaborate with developers, solution architects and QA to clarify requirements and resolve functional gaps.

5. Support test scenarios, UAT, rollout coordination, user documentation and issue investigation.

UI/UX DESIGN

6. Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis and usability assessments to identify user pain points.

7. Build user journeys, information architecture, sitemap/navigation, task flows and low-fidelity wireframes.

8. Create high-fidelity responsive UI designs, dashboards and interactive prototypes using Figma.

9. Define and maintain reusable UI components, design standards and accessible, consistent interaction patterns.

10. Facilitate design walkthroughs, usability testing and iterations based on client/user feedback.

11. Deliver annotated screen specifications, interaction states, responsive rules and design assets to developers.

12. Validate implemented UI against approved designs; coordinate UI defect resolution with developers and QA.

13. Maintain requirement-to-design-to-test traceability and obtain stakeholder sign-off on scope and UI/UX deliverables.
