System Analyst

Salary: ฿65,000 – ฿75,000 per month

About the role

The role involves requirements gathering, system analysis, and business process design, with a focus on API-based systems, integration design, and data mapping. You will analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and define non-functional requirements while working with cloud-based SAAS platforms.

Requirements:

• Gather requirements, conduct system analysis, and design business processes

• Create functional and technical specifications using UML and data modeling

• Design and support API-based systems and integration solutions

• Perform data mapping and analysis

• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and define non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, and Architect

• Produce clear specifications including functional spec, integration spec, and sequence diagrams

• Support testing activities including scenario design, requirement clarification, and UAT support

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, system analysis, and business process design

• Proficient in UML, data modeling, and creating functional and technical specifications

• Experience with API-based systems, integration design, and data mapping

• Solid understanding of database concepts and basic data analysis

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English

• Ability to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and define non-functional requirements

• Understanding of rate limits, retry logic, timeout strategy, and caching concepts

• Experience working with or integrating into headless or cloud-based SAAS platforms

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Background or familiarity with telecom, subscription services, or large enterprise systems (preferred)
