Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management : Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Security & Compliance : Manage VPN access, update security patches, and monitor network traffic for suspicious activity. Troubleshooting : Act as the Tier 2/3 point of escalation for network-related tickets, from hardware failure to complex routing issues. Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3+ years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
