System Application Engineer

【Why the position exists】

Provide technical and application support for Schneider Electric Power Products and Digital Power solutions to sales teams, partners, panel builders and customers.

Develop partner and panel builder competencies to ensure quality design, installation, commissioning and compliance with Schneider Electric standards.

Support product localization, regulatory compliance and certification activities, including BSMI, CNS 401 and other local approval requirements.

Lead technical training, customer engagement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Support new product introduction (NPI), market launch activities and other technical initiatives assigned by management.

【Qualifications】

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

3+ years of experience in Power Distribution, Electrical Projects, Panel Builders, System Integrators, or Industrial Automation.

Experience with LV/MV switchgear, circuit breakers, metering, protection, and power monitoring systems.

Knowledge of BSMI, CNS 401, Modbus, IEC61850, and industrial communication protocols.

Familiarity with power monitoring, energy management, SCADA, BMS, EMS, or digital power applications is preferred.

Good English communication skills and ability to deliver technical presentations and training.
