System Architect
1，Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design & Optimization: Design and optimize the overall technical architecture of the company's software products, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and compliance.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies based on business requirements, including cloud computing platforms, big data processing, distributed systems, and microservices, to support rapid business growth.
Performance & Reliability: Analyze system bottlenecks, and formulate/implement performance optimization and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Development, and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with business needs and to resolve complex technical challenges.
Tech Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology trends, drive technical innovation, and enhance the company's core competitiveness.
2，Qualifications
Programming & Cloud Stack: Proficient in C# and highly familiar with the Azure tech stack, including Cosmos DB, Table Storage, Service Bus, and SHACL Control Engine.
Architecture Expertise: Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture design and implementation, with a proven track record of architecting large-scale enterprise systems.
Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), capable of independently managing and deploying systems.
Database Management: Proficient in the usage and optimization of MySQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Big Data: Familiarity with big data processing and analytics technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional resources.
Language & Learning: Fluent in English (capable of reading technical documentation natively). Strong learning agility with a passion for adopting new technologies.
